i think it's pathetic how quickly i let go of something and then latch on to another. since watching LotR1  a while back i've been wanting to borrow and watch the other two from cat, who is an absolute darling, but i must finish my math test first, i have to do well. and tamil too. i realise now how desperately i've wanted certain things, and when i got them i got bored too easily. i am very disappointed in all my marks, especially ss and bio and it's no one's fault but mine. therefore, i have to study for o level and the next math test, or else, i am sure to fail. i am very fickle minded, which is not at all a good thing but to me, this mentality, helps you get over loss quickly and in my case, ignore pain. i like being adaptable, even in a bad way. but my marks are bad. i'm making no sense. and jeremy wong has been way too nice to me. ah well, off to study math. can you believe that?!

appacha and ammachy came yesterday and left today. i feel...i don't know. they brought loving hand made delicious gifts for which i feel bad.

i shall admit, and not run away from the truth, that i am trying to wholeheartedly soak myself in ecf and options to escape from choir so please don't try to pull me back in. i left with an overall bad impression and there's no chance of that changing. being a completely absurd character will allow me to forget i will never get a chance to see more of Europe this year and spend time with some people i really want to spend time with. however, i don't want anyone to see ecf because, to me at least, its something i take pride in and not something i want to share with some people. its just...seperate and finished. and there is a very clear distinction which cannot be denied. i'm glad some of my options are things i want to do at least. i'm so glad i'm not ge, four dances, i will die or be severely injured. props, costumes, makeup people are gonna have a helluva time. i wish them the very very best of luck. ammachy and appacha coming on saturday and going on sunday. finally talked to bino who told me about his very interesting former-young-stripper buddy. portsmouth has interesting people. need to catch up with anju soon. hope we do well at netball carn tomorrow. memories and johan cruyff look and sound good together.

we watched the sytycd episode of ramalama bang bang for ideas for the horror convention on thursday and i liked the performance very much. i thought it fit the theme in terms of dancing more than thriller which focused on the image. ramalama had the eerie period costumes, makeup as well as dance which made it very very good, at least in my opinion. i am terribly pissed at my mom.

production rehearsal today was immensely fun though there were only three of us. prav and shuli are very amusing people as i have come to realise through our strange discussions of marine biology and the weirdness  of fish and the reason for whales' blowholes: to pee. i realise i have never blogged about new port south which is quite sad because i thought it a most rebellious (duh) and interesting, introspective movie and it, to me at least, illustrates the extent of people's stupidity and their willingness to do anything to be different. but then again, the whole operation was underground and purposeful but its intention seemed rather attention-seeking rather than i dunno, purposeful. and the drawings were brilliant in my not artistic opinion. and the posters were harsh, cruel, brusque and in-your-face. the tired, double-sided, teachers actually had character which rather surprised me for an indie movie. overall i liked it, obviously.

my mum just called me a cow and said i'll never lose weight even in 10 years. hooray, my self-confidence and self-image just skyrocketed.

someone help me figure out the stupid options timetable. i can't work the bleeding thing out. and 7 combinations?! are they nuts? i can only come up with 2. and i've been working at it for hours. bleeding financial shit. why couldn't they have given the exact no. of weeks each option lasts for?!?! dang them
